Refund Policy

Thank you for choosing Shoetinblanks LLC for your software architecture and business consulting needs.

1. Consulting Retainers and Services

Due to the nature of consulting services and the immediate dedication of resources, time, and intellectual property, all consulting retainers and milestone payments are strictly non-refundable unless otherwise explicitly stated in your mutually signed Statement of Work (SOW).

2. Cancellations

Clients may cancel ongoing consulting agreements with a 30-day written notice, but any retainers already paid for that period are non-refundable. Work completed up to the cancellation date will be billed accordingly.

3. Exceptional Circumstances

We understand that exceptional circumstances can occur. We review refund requests on a case-by-case basis purely at the discretion of Shoetinblanks LLC management.
