1. Consulting Services

Shoetinblanks LLC provides business process optimization, software architecture, and Salesforce administration consulting. The specific scope, deliverables, and retainers for any project will be outlined in a separate Statement of Work (SOW).

2. Payments

Payment terms are specified in individual client agreements. Retainers and milestones are typically processed securely via Stripe. All payments are subject to our Refund Policy.

3. Intellectual Property

Unless otherwise explicitly agreed upon in writing, any custom code, documentation, or workflows produced during the engagement remain the intellectual property of the client upon final payment.
